      Registration Fee
      The prices are as follows:

      VAT payable where applicable.
      Currently, VAT is not payable in the following cases:
      - Entities registered in the EU, with valid details in VIES: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html
      - Entities outside of the EU, without a representation in Portugal;

      Hotel
      Accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the conference participants.
      INFUB negotiated special room prices for INFUB participants. A code will be sent by email in order to take advantage of these reduced room prices. 
      We would like to highlight that the number of rooms available to the conference is limited.

      Single rooms: €110,00/ night (Breakfast included)
      Double rooms: €120,00/ night (Breakfast included)

      Until payment is received, the conference registration will not be confirmed.

      Cancellation Policy
      All cancellations only will be accepted until 15th March. Refunds will be made after the Conference.
